My husband ordered a custom 3D cake for our sons 2nd birthday. Myself and my mother-in-law asked the staff when we picked up the cake if it needed to be refrigerated since the party was the next day. They said no, everything was fine at room temp. Well we woke up the next morning and the cake had fallen apart. None of the children got to see the cake in it's glory and it was completely ruined. The cake cost $75 and was supposed to be the showcase of the party. When we contacted the owner, she claims she told us to refrigerate it and said they aren't responsible after the cake leaves the shop. We received a $20 credit. She told my husband that both myself and my mother-in-law must have heard her wrong. Terrible customer service and experience. Will not be going back.

They have been in business for decades, and it is clear to see why. Everything is so delicious.

I bought a birthday cake for my son's birthday best cake ever. Staff is so friendly and helpful this is the only bakery I'll go to.

The sweetest women with silver hair made an exception making our two little girls their own small cakes for their birthday. She told us they don’t usually do it but an an exception during these hard times. Made ours and our little girls days. She is one of the most kindest nicest lady that works there. (:

Bittner's Bakery and Amy were fantastic to work with! We asked for Bittner's to create a sweetheart wedding cake for the bride and groom and then cupcakes for about 160 guests for our wedding reception. Amy promptly answered all of our questions (in person at our initial meeting and frequently by email), including helping us select the perfect cupcake to-go boxes for our guests. They also delivered the wedding cake and cupcakes to our venue without issue and even provided the cake and cupcake displays for these items. Not only was our sweetheart wedding cake the exact design we asked for, but it looked even better than expected and was delicious! Also, our guests loved the four flavors of cupcakes provided for our wedding so much that we had none leftover to take home at the end of the wedding reception! Bittner's Bakery provided us with high quality baked goods that everyone loved and we will definitely be using them again for our future bakery needs.

Bittner's Bakery has been around a long time! They made my wedding cake 30+ years ago, and it was awesome. Since I am back in the area, I ordered my son's and his girlfriend's college graduation cake from there. You have a variety of choices from type of cake to frosting to filling. The cake was delicious!!!

Stopped in while getting gas next door. My wife loves bacon so I surprised her with a maple frosting donut topped with bacon she loved it. My favorite is jelly filled even though they were out of jelly filled they offed to immediately fill any doughnut of my choosing. Nice people.

I arrived right when it opened so it seemed to me that I was more of a nuisance than a customer. I always prefer shopping at local small businesses for the quality and the doughnuts were definitely delicious.

The standout was, without a doubt, the friendliness of the staff and their desire to serve. The donuts were good, not excellent, but definitely worth coming back for. The shop was cute with some outdoor seating.

Great tasting donuts and Danish. They also have a variety of other great looking baked goods. Coffee and milk are also available. Seating is provided inside for those who want to take a break and enjoy thier bakery treat.

5 years ago they made our wedding cake it was amazing and their Bakery is equally amazing with wonderful pastries

Everything I had was terrific! I got a day- old lemon turnover, ate it another day later and it was still delicious.

I was excited to see that they had gluten free cupcakes, cookies, brownies. I've tried a few different places and I must say this place is the worst. $18 for six cupcakes (a little above normal for gf) and the cupcake itself was very dense more like pound cake vs light and fluffy. The frosting isn't very sweet and that is too light and fluffy more like whip cream. If you're looking for gluten free cupcakes I really suggest the drive to Madison WI to bloom bake shop their gf cupcakes are so fluffy, flavorful, and amazing also a little cheaper. Or get a box of Pillsbury gf cake mix and make your own they will taste better than the cupcakes here. Disappointed with this bakery. I mean I will eat the six I got they aren't the worst ever, but they could be a lot better. I'm in no way saying the whole place is bad the regular stuff is probably fine, but not the gf.

Wonderful bakery in the town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. I was amazed by the selection of pastries that are available there and at a very reasonable price. I bought 7 bakery items (doughnuts, turnovers, cinnamon rolls) and paid less than $9.00! And, man, were they good. Contrast that with Chicago prices (2 cinnamon rolls and 2 muffins $16). Even as good as the pastries was the friendliness of the owner and staff. I went there in the morning to get some breakfast goodies. When asked what could they get me, I told them I was browsing, at which point the gal who owns the place said, good-naturedly, 'We close at 6 p.m.' We then chatted about the area and where I'm from. Stop by for the good stuff!

Bittners made a beautiful, moist and delicious red velvet cake for a double birthday party I was having for family. The cake was incredible and the service was amazing. I'll go there for all my bakery needs in the future.
